Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor bored of doing the same thing and looking for a new and diverse opportunity?
We have been tasked by a major contractor working on a client side commission to find them a Building Surveyor to join their team.
The commission with Royal Parks was won in October 2007 and runs for 5years with an extension option of 2 years. The team on site are a multi disciplined team of 10 people, you would come in as the lead Building Surveyor reporting to the Project Manager and overseeing a Graduate Building Surveyor.
This commission covers all 7 of the Royal parks within Central London and greater London areas. The remitted of this opportunity covers everything that does not grow. This would include all properties, roads, footpaths, fountains, footpaths and more, the work is mainly within the project arena however professional experience is a necessity.
This is a chance to be involved in all elements of the projects from the design through to completion with challenges often faced working along side English Heritage and other specialist disciplines, also here is the chance to be part of the proposed Capital Expenditure programme from the very beginning.
This is an extremely client facing role with continually liaisons with the client, the Parks individual Park Managers, contractors and specialist service providers.
If you are a MRICS Surveyor, have the project and professional experience needed, a Building Surveyor who can take a brief from the very first stages and manage it through to completion. You have to have the confidence to run your part of the business autonomously with an umbrella of support. Then this position is foe you!
Would you like to hear more? Or if this is not the opportunity for you but you are interested in a change in career……………..
