This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national contractor. My Client requires an experienced Project Manager to manage a new build Commercial project in Yorkshire with a project value of £10m Plus.

·Over all management of contract reporting to main board directors

The ideal candidate will be a driven, authoritative individual who likes to embrace a challenge and is confident in consistently meeting and exceeding targets. You will have experience in managing projects of over £5 million and will also have the ambition to grow within the company. My Client is looking for Candidates with a proven track record of longevity within their work history and around 3 years experience in a Project Manager role on new build developments in commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, educational or refurbishment projects.
