Freelance Quantity Surveyor, Bath. Competitive Rates.
My client is a small to medium residential developer that builds tot he highest standard and takes pride in their product. They are now actively seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor on a long term basis.
The successful applicant will be able to manage costs on a wide variety of new build residential developments, undertake costs analysis, prepare early stage budgets and detailed cost plans and perform risk and value management and cost control. You should also have a successful track record of advising on procurement strategies, preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
You must also hold a HNC in an industry related subject such as building and construction or civil/structural engineering. RICS chartered is preferred but not essential.
