Commercial / Financial Director
My client is one of the leading Project Management Consultancies in the Gulf with over 50 years experience working on some of the most prestigious projects in the world. After consistently winning tenders on a number of large scale projects in Qatar & Bahrain, they are in desperate need to take on new people.
You will be directly in charge of monitoring the financial aspects of all the projects and forecasting quarterly and annual plans. You will head up the Commercial department, Manage Contracts, Tenders, Costs and the QS department. You will report directly to the Managing Director.
About you
You will come from a Financial, Legal or Commercial background with extensive knowledge of Contracts including preparation and management. You will need to show some understanding of construction in order to successfully take on this post.
You will be degree qualified with at least 10 years experience in your field. A Chartership or experience in high value projects/contracts is a must. Construction experience is a slight advantage with knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
