Site Manager required for Traditional Build development.
Site Manager required for a Housing Developer in Kent. The site comprises of 82 houses and apartments which are Traditional Build. The site is one phase of a much larger development that will run for a number of years.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in house building and will have worked as a Site Manager on traditional build housing of similar size from inception through to completion. Responsibilities will include all aspects of the build including the management of procedures, admin, Health and Safety and procurement.
Although reporting in to an overall Project Manager for the complete development, the successful candidate will hold complete responsibility for this phase.
