A background in maintenance within a building and civil engineering background is essential.
To supervise maintenance and new works teams and operatives in the performance of their duties to recognised standards of productivity and quality and compliance with essential health and safety provisions.
Desirable Competencies
Experience of supervisory management in a demanding construction/property maintenance environment
Significant practical experience in construction/property maintenance
Contract or site control
Ability to self motivate
Excellent communication skills
Essential Requirement
HNC level qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering related discipline (or equivalent experiential experience).
Technical training to maintain and develop technical competence
Continuing development training tomaintain status
Familiarity with sites and equipment continually reinforced
Mandatory Requirement
Technical qualifications as required by SRPs
