MEP Quantity Surveyor

The company

Our client, a multinational engineering and construction company is looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to be based in Dubai and to manage all contractual and cost related aspects of building projects from the initial calculations to the final figures of large scale commercial MEP projects.

The Role

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or its equivalent qualification.
5 years experience in a similar role in large scale MEP projects.
Must have mechanical and electrical experience as well.


Responsibilities:
Perform risk and value analysis, monthly project progress valuations as well as cost control.
Developing knowledge relevant to contract conditions and their applications.
Understanding the implications of quality assurance and quality control.
Prepare tender and contract documents including bill of quantities.
Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
